Cabin Camp
Cabin camp provides campers
with a chance to celebrate and experience Christ’s love
through a variety of activities such as, crafts, games,
nature hikes, swimming, campfires and more! During these
activities, counselors will emphasize how campers should
share Christ’s love with everyone. Through scripture,
discussion groups, and worship, campers will learn not only
about Christ’s love but how to share it with others. We
hope to send campers away with one of the most important
facts, that Christ loves everyone, including themselves.
Through this camping encounter, they will learn how to
share Christ’s love with all and how they should apply it
once they get home.

Outpost Camp
Outpost camp provides
campers with a challenging outdoor living experience, along
with learning about God’s strength. Here campers will be
introduced to basic camp craft skills such as rustic food
preparation, fire building, and team work. Through theses
new challenges counselors will stress to campers how we can
rely on God’s strength for help at all times. Campers will
also have the opportunity to have fun in a multitude of
activities, such as nature hikes, swimming, crafts, group
games, and more! Combined with a great learning experience
about the outdoors campers can learn how God’s strength can
impact our lives.

Sports Camp
Sports camp is a great
opportunity to see how God calls us to act in our daily
lives and when we participate in sports. Campers will
choose from an assortment of sports to participate in,
including soccer, tennis, swimming, basketball, volleyball,
baseball, and more! Other group activities will also be
played throughout the duration of the week. Through these
activities, reading of scripture, discussion groups, and
worship campers will learn how to live for God. We hope to
send campers away with life lessons and the ability to
apply them with their peers and when they are playing
sports.

Computer Camp
Computer camp offers a
unique experience for 5th graders through junior highers to
open up a computer and explore its inner workings as part
of a real hands on experience. Campers will also get the
opportunity to learn about the inner workings of Christ.
Through group discussions, scripture, and worship, campers
will be able to learn more about Christ’s love. Along with
learning about Christ, campers will have the opportunity to
gain an insight into hardware, web design, word processing,
desktop publishing, basic programming and more! Repeat
campers will expand on their computer experiences of last
summer. Overall we hope to send campers away with not only
knowledge about computers but also about Christ’s love.
This year, adults will have the opportunity to work
alongside youth while learning about all aspects of
computing. Participants may bring their own computer to
work on during hardware lab. In addition, adult computer
campers will learn about computer networking, internet
connection, and safety issues. Adult campers will also gain
insight into Microsoft Office. As an outreach mission
opportunity, campers will prepare donated surplus laptops
for shipping to Operation Classroom, Africa. Participants
should be comfortable using e-mail, the internet, and word
processing on an IBM style Windows-based personal computer.
Minimum age for attending adult computer camp is 21.

Dramatic Arts Camp
Dramatic Arts campers will
participate in a variety of activities that will give them
experience both on and off stage, just like God’s word can
prepare us for all stages of life. This program will
provide campers with knowledge that they can take back to
their local church/drama group and apply on a practical
basis. Activities include acting, clowning, set
construction, lighting, and prop construction. Through the
activities of worship, group discussion, and scripture,
campers will also get an opportunity to learn how they can
use God’s word throughout their lives. During the week,
campers will prepare a short one-act play, which will
culminate in a Friday night performance. Family and friends
are encouraged to attend. Dramatic arts camp combines three
programs designed for different age levels that take place
during the same week of camp. We hope to send campers away
with skills in performing as well as knowledge of the
importance of God’s world in their lives.
