Charge Conference Forms 2006

You MUST print the forms with the data BEFORE you close them or you will lose all of your work and have to start over. This is a limitation built into the Adobe software and we cannot change it. There will not be forms available to save in Word/Excel because of the many formatting issues we encountered in the previous year.

*Tip on entering numeric values*
Do NOT enter any commas when entering numeric values in forms that call for them - for some reason this will cause your number to default back to zero when moving on to the next field  (Thank you to Margaret at Seymour First!)
